No GED or High School Diploma required.  6-week course, evening classes, and CPR certification.  First Aid AED and CMA (Certified Medication Administration) Classes (20 hrs).

*  TB Skin Test

*  Copy of Drivers License

*  Social Security Card

NOTE:  These items MUST be presented prior to completion of registration application.

 

*  Statewide Criminal Background Screening

      done through Louisiana State Police In
